Miss Hedda Hopper, the actress turned film columnist who became as famous as the stars she writes about, has arrived in London to look over the British film industry. Miss Hooper, who has been called the best dressed woman in America, collect hats as some people collect stamps. She once admitted that she bought a dozen hats when buying one suit and even her luxurious Hollywood home she is rarely seen without wearing one of her often sensational hats. 17 June 1946
