Photograph by Roger Bamber: 23 September 2005: A blurred
shadow of artist Mark Anstee can be seen behind the canvas as he draws some of 10,000, two inch high, 1/32 scale human figures called 'Early Redemption' on a vast translucent membrane suspended in the chancel of a church converted into the Fabrica Gallery, Brighton. The 7 metre high screen was covered with little figures drawn over 25 days by the artist suspended in a harness on the other side of the screen from the viewer.
