In 1998, the water feature designed by the sculptor Bruno Jakobus Hoffmann.
City is well-known for the fairy tale 'The Pied Piper of Hamelin'. Here, the visitors can be found a lot of artificial rats and the pied piper in form of sculptures, fountains, reliefs and can be seen the 'Pied Piper Open-Air Play' and the Musical 'Rats'.
